Everything shared during strategy sessions stays private. Client data, session notes, and recordings are used solely to create your deliverables: never sold, never shared, and never used to train public AI models.

1. What Is Collected & Why

• Enquiries: Name, email address, and form details to reply to messages and arrange sessions.

• Session Materials: Recordings, transcripts, workshop notes, and converted visual files (like Miro stickies or Google Sheets) to synthesise your custom Blueprint.

• Session Recordings: Recorded only with explicit consent beforehand. You can decline or ask for the recording to be paused at any time.

2. How Enterprise Cloud & AI Tools Are Used

To organise and analyse complex strategy notes efficiently, enterprise tools within Google Workspace (including integrated AI features) are used under strict enterprise agreements (UK GDPR Article 28). This guarantees:

• Full data confidentiality.

• Zero Model Training: Your notes and identifiers are never used to train global AI models.

• Human-Led Strategy: AI assists with data organisation and synthesis; all strategic insights and final deliverables come directly from human professional judgement.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Working Notes & Recordings: Raw recordings, transcripts, and temporary working files are kept during the project and deleted once your final Blueprint is delivered.

• Business Records: Invoices and basic contract records are kept as required by UK tax laws.

4. Your Control & Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you can ask to view, correct, or delete your personal information or session notes at any time.
